At Embodied Path Therapy, we understand that healing looks different for everyone. Our therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, blending evidence-based and body-centered modalities to meet you exactly where you are. Each session is designed to support your emotional safety, self-awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Counselling is offered in English, Punjabi and Hindi, ensuring comfort and accessibility for diverse clients.
Sessions are available both in-person at our Surrey/Delta office and virtually across British Columbia, allowing you to choose the setting that best supports your needs and convenience.
ICBC funded Counselling is available as well.
