Our Story

Embodied Path Therapy was founded on the belief that healing is a full-body experience not just a mental one. Many of us move through life feeling disconnected from our emotions, bodies and sense of self. Embodied Path represents the gentle journey of reconnecting with ourselves and finding balance between mind, body and heart.

Rooted in trauma-informed and evidence-based care, Embodied Path Therapy was created as a space where healing feels safe, compassionate and empowering. Here, we believe that each person’s path is unique and healing unfolds at your own pace, guided by support, curiosity and connection.
