We will begin getting to know one another, explore your needs and goals, and discuss how counselling may support you. There is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation where you can briefly share what brings you to counselling, ask questions about the process, learn more about my approach, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue afterward.

Not at all. Many people begin counselling knowing that something feels difficult or needs to change without knowing exactly where to start. We can explore this together and gradually identify what would feel most helpful to focus on.

There is no set number of sessions that is right for everyone. The length and frequency of counselling depend on your concerns, goals, circumstances, and preferences. We can regularly check in about what is working for you and adjust the process as needed.

Yes. Virtual counselling is available to clients throughout British Columbia. Telephone sessions are also available, along with in-person appointments at select clinic locations across the Lower Mainland.

Yes. Counselling is available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing you to communicate in the language that feels most comfortable for you.

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for counselling services offered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Coverage varies between plans, so it is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to confirm your individual benefits.

Yes. I provide trauma-informed counselling for individuals recovering emotionally following a motor vehicle accident. If you have an eligible ICBC claim, counselling sessions may be covered by ICBC.
